We are a mobile consultation service that brings care right to your doorstep, supporting various aspects of stoma care, wound care, and continence management.
We also provide this care to clients in residential care facilities, and offer convenient online consultation services to clients in rural & semi-rural areas.
We service all the North, East, South East, West & North Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
What We Offer
Wound Care
Our experienced clinical nurse consultant, who is a certified wound clinician, provides specialized wound care including but not limited to VAC dressings, fistula management,drain tube management, staple/suture removal, acute/ chronic wound management, pressure injury management, compression therapy, care of flaps and skin grafts/donor sites. We also provide conservative wound debridement and removal of scaling tissue to promote optimal wound healing.
Catheter Management
We can assist you with urinary catheter management, including solving issues such as blockages and leaks. We can change all urinary catheters and provide training for those using intermittent catheters. We provide comprehensive individualised catheter assessments, care plans and regular catheter changes.
Skilled Nursing Care
Our registered nurses offer skilled nursing care to manage complex medical conditions and promote healing. We provide specialised care after surgery or illness and ongoing care for diabetes/ heart disease. We provide in-home assessments, ongoing monitoring, medication management and well-being checks. If needed, we can provide caregivers to assist you in daily living activities like feeding and hygiene thus maintaining your independence and quality of life.
Continence Care
Our Continence Clinical Nurse Consultant can conduct Comprehensive Continence Assessments and careplans, Bowel & Bladder management including product recommendations.
Stomal Therapy
Our Stoma Therapist Clinical Nurse Consultant can assist you to adjust to living with a temporary or permanent stoma. Our services include preoperative sittings and education, postoperative care and ongoing education and support to enable the client to adjust to their stoma.
Assistance with leakage or skin irritation concerns.
Guidance on managing stomas and fistulas effectively.
Check ups for long term care.
Product recommendations and application techniques.

☆Our services can be claimed through the different funding schemes as specialist nursing services. A service agreement with details of pricing will be provided before the commencement of services.
