Overview

Our services can be claimed through the different funding schemes as specialist nursing services. A service agreement with details of pricing will be provided before the commencement of services.

NDIS
NDIS charges will be classified under NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025-2026, ("Delivery of Health Supports by a Clinical Nurse Consultant" under CORE or CAPACITY BUILDING.)

Wound Assessment
The Clinical Nurse Consultant will conduct a comprehensive, holistic assessment in your home/preferred location. A detailed report including advice on wound management and product recommendations will be provided. This report can support NDIS funding applications and plan reviews. Wound assessments require 2-4 clinical hours (including documentation)

Wound Care

The Clinical Nurse Consultant will attend regular wound care/reviews in your home/preferred location. Wound care requires 1-2 clinical hours (including case notes)

Stoma Assessment

The Clinical Nurse Consultant will conduct a comprehensive, holistic assessment in your home/preferred location. A detailed report including advice on stoma management and product recommendations will be provided. This report can support NDIS funding applications and plan reviews. Stoma assessments require 3-5 clinical hours (including documentation)

Stoma Care
The Clinical Nurse Consultant will attend regular stoma care in your home/preferred location. Stoma care requires 1-3 clinical hours (including case notes)

Continence Assessments
The Clinical Nurse Consultant will conduct a comprehensive, holistic assessment in your home/preferred location. A detailed report including advice on continence management and product recommendations will be provided. This report can support NDIS funding applications and plan reviews. Continence assessments require 4-6 clinical hours (including documentation)

Catheter Care
The Clinical Nurse Consultant will attend regular catheter changes/instillations in your home/preferred location. Catheter care requires 1-2 clinical hours (including case notes) + consumables used.


Telehealth
Telehealth pricing is the same as other listed services, minus travel costs.

Cancellations with less than 24 hr notice will be charged the agreed fee.
